my best friend did while we were in High school together. She would have small breaths, terrible intense headaches and shook uncontrollably. They could never find anything to help her out though, she had to go through so many tests.

Extreme discomfort, elevated blood pressure, quicker breathing and you might start to sweat. I also tend to get very fidgety.

Yes … i have for 3 years.. i get adrenaline rushes in my arms really terrible.. my heart rate increases and I feel like its hard to breathe sometimes.. but the adrenaline is the worst.. after this many years i have learned to control them so they are not so terrible.. i know what your going through if your having them.. and i promise your not going to die.. i always used to reckon that.

Yeah, i get them sometimes, mostly in very stressful situations, and they ****. Your breathing gets heavy, and ot feels like you have to yawn, but you can’t get it out, you know? It feels like there’s a certain amount of air that you need to get into your lungs, but you can’t get, it,hence, you start hyperventilating.
Also, your heartrate speeds up and you get kind of dizzy. Sometimes you feel like everything is tilted, or closing in on you. The best thing to do is take a seat, preferably wher no one is around, like a bathroom, close your eyes/turn off the lights (unless you’re worried of the dark…) and breath deeply. Reckon calming thoughts that don’t stress you out, and focus on breathing evenly.
    hope it helped!

Yes…for 40 years+…learned alot by calling crisis center hotlines and mental health center hotlines. Some doctors want to give people Xanax …but they are highly addictive…know this from my personal experience. Try to slow down your breathing and breath into a paper bag…this will help restore your co2 levels, so you don’t pass out. I have thought I was dying my attacks were so severe….so try to remember the attack usually will only last about 20 minutes…and you won’t die…even though it feel like you have this horrible dread. If you can get your mind on something else and stay busy it helps..
