my bother had a seizure right in fount of me a few days ago… and ive been shaking and feeling like ill have one myself. this is really helping me….

  5. LaDhy Says:

I also agree with littlemoster18, dread of death is universal, it is a ‘mind”trick that can help you get rid of anxiety, and it would work in many cases, it just doesnt erase our primal dread states on which our body would react to. Adding to this wonderfull informative video I would also like to say: facing, fealing, reliving, letting go, surrender are also very vital, most therapies dont include feeling, but merely use cognitive tricks. it is all right 4 me, but partial.

  6. LaDhy Says:

Very fascinating, claire weeks discribes also this and even eastern philosofy’s: what you resist, persists, so it all sounds THE the to do, i agree also, I reckon in the plain example you gave, it IS vital to be aware of our right mortality, use it as I thought only is cognitive and not wholistic. But it for sure is one of the most vital things: allowing, making space, letting it be there. Not so simple thouh!

  7. stevenreiss Says:

your anxiety is obviously situational so that means that first of all your brain works perfectly ok. very likely. avoid coffee and nicotine etc as it brings on panic attacks and you should see a school counselor to help further it needs to be evaluated by a specialist so that he can at least give some advice and medication that may help.

  8. stevenreiss Says:

what he says is right in the core – its best to talk to a therapist also who can prepare you better for dealing with this most unpleasant issue. it can ruin your day no doubt at all – but if you are no longer responding to something that stresse it will loose its grip. what you resist persists.

Anxiety attacks made my life hell exactly what this guy is explaining! its NOT a plesant feeling at all.. those that never had anxiety issues are VERY lucky!

  10. zoetropez Says:

Yes, that’s fantastic for this guy, but the very definition of panic/anxiety is that your mind will not let you not take it seriously. 14 years, tried it all. Booze does not work.

  11. SparkleUnicornFace Says:

thank you for this. i started getting panic attacks a few months ago. i’ve always been so cool and relaxed, but i feel i’m more worried of the actual symptoms more than anything else going on in my life. it’s hard to tell yourself during a moment of panic everything is going to be all right no matter what, but if i can tell myself that every day before an attack occurs, i become more peaceful always. thank you for sharing your experiences. i know this is just a phase of life we will all conquer.

Saw this yesterday, I did this technique today with a few occasions where I was a small worried, seemed to help quite noticeably. =)

  14. LittleMonster18 Says:

I reckon that in the situation as you described, it is NORMAL to feel the dread and anxiety of dying. I would not be able to reckon in the way that you suggest and just let it go…just sayin.

  15. busdriver357 Says:

I reckon you didn’t get what he meant:)
For hypochondriac is essential to recieve reassurance even if it’s not right. We need to know that everything is ok if we don’t want to have a heart attack!

  19. silentgirl24 Says:

It’s hard to reckon positive when you feel like your going crazy and having axiety especially if you ar ea negative person like I’m but thinking positve is hard!!!!!!but excellent advise and video!!!!

  20. kimmarie801 Says:

menderfire, look at “Jane” videos- she as been through it all and talks about it

  21. menderfire9 Says:

kimmarie801 I hear your benevolent feelings toward people, but this isn’t such a simple issue. Personally I don’t reckon that when someone isn’t asking for a cent it automatically means his advise is worth listening to. Lot’s of free advice out there is just idle chat or sometimes darn screwy. This man is not screwy or idle chat, but he is marketing something for money; these free videos R his promos. Free help 2 desperate people, hunting 4 some paying clients when the free videos fail 2 help.

  22. menderfire9 Says:

It’s really stretching it to say that “Everything that happens is okay.” It is a ticket 2 apathy/indifference; letting the neighbor point a gun at you or any other. Things are so NOT OKKY in our homes & communities. It is not okay 4 people 2 sit their kids in front of TV & watch whatever is on. It is not okay 4 us to fail 2 find ways 2 help the poor children & ancient people & all the peeps in between suffer rape, malnourishment, unclean air, polluted water, no housing while others squander so much.

  23. kimmarie801 Says:

wombledan, it’s excellent that you found Xanax, but look at this guy- he is helping people for free. He isn’t asking for a cent, just helping people and when someone does that, I reckon the advise is worth listening to. I’m sorry you’ve been through so much tho’

  24. BabyBright Says:

    attackyouranxiety, brilliant video; thank you.

  25. prolifeinternational Says:

Thankyou for making this video. It carries much useful information.. I agree with you absoultely about the need for us to develop appropriate courage in any given situation. E.G.If you are religious and worried about God`s judgement then you MUST content yourself with knowing that you are doing your best and will accept whatever God decides. There is no gain to worry and stress over it. But on panic attacks I would add that an vital factor is that we be sure to get enough excellent quality sleep.

I know where you’re coming from but I’ve spent so much money on trying to get rid of my anxiety, I’m not falling for another one. I’ve had about 7 different therapists/psychiatrists/counsellors, group therapy, hypnotherapy, antidepressant medications, cognitive behavioral therapy, disassociation therapy… the list goes on but I could own my own home by now if I hadn’t wasted all that money. Best for me has been Xanax. I can do pretty much anything – but I don’t remember any of it sadly!

  18. silentjealousy77 Says:

yea but I don’t truly reckon whatever happens it is ok. I have tried to brainwash myself into believing that. But unfortunately people can be mean and have no compassion, I may not care what they reckon, but it hurts anyway. Sometimes I reckon I would be fine if people in general were nicer. But I know what you are saying.

  19. Charlotte Wilson Says:

Its simple to talk about anxiety and how you have been cured, but for most of use that really suffer the dreaded inner dread of anxiety, simple thought projections don’t work untill you have taken a lot of steps on the way back to sanity. The key trick that I have learned to do, is plot the day the day before , you feel the inner anxiety as you right down the tasks or issues you will be dealing with. This prepares you for the anxiety and does allow you time to prepare a set of defencive thoughts.
