After 14 years of near constant panic attacks, the way to the other side is uncomfortable, horrible, nasty, putting your life at risk exercise. I am convinced. Like a duck flapping its wings after a confrontation, burning up the energy. It gets stuck inside us and needs to be released. But you must trust that you can do it safely, and sometimes, it’s juts not possible.

  6. waltermouthoh Says:

Carnelian is the stone that sucks up negativity and dissolves it, especially rage and dread. Don’t believe me? Hold it in your hand and see. Try Tiger Eye too! Still don’t believe me? Check out “Chemtrails dissolved” on youtube. Orgone pipes with crystals in them bust up chemtrails. (no electricity per se) Passive tech but videos show results. Crystals are cool.
    excellent site is soisnessdotorg.

  13. Macinabit Says:

It can make you feel as though you are small of breath, just breath in deep and exhale slowly for about 5 mins it should help

  14. Jattmafia313 Says:

    this is a Placebo effect
the sheer simpleness makes you believe this will work and you end your attack

  15. waltermouthoh Says:

Willing to try anything to get rid of anxiety (and maybe some rage too)? It won’t cost you much! Some people thinks it has to cost a lot for it to work. It doesn’t folks. It’s nearly free in fact. Here’s what you do. Get some Carnelian Earth stones. You can get a bunch of them on ebay for about $6. give some to your friends. Hold one in your hand for 10 minutes, then the other hand. If you truly have anxiety problems, you should notice miraculous results. “how to use” at soisnessdotorg

I found something that works for me.
The step are contained within this acronym: A.W.A.R.E.
    1. Accept the fact you are having a panic attack. Trying to deny the experience only makes the symptoms worse.
    2. Watch and wait. What is my body doing right now?
    3. Actions to make yourself more comfortable
    4. Repeat steps 1-3
    5. End of attack and… you’re still here!!

  2. simplyalif Says:

Use something called EFT, just type in Ruin Approuch Anxiety, works fucking fantastic. Its the guy with a Red T shirt. Let me know how it goes. P.S worked fantastic for me

  3. Vinsanchez505 Says:

My panics attacks got worse after the weed I smoked with my friends. I thought it was laced with meth because it was a REALLY terrible excperience. From that time up until now (2 years) My attacks are on and off. I can’t take it anymore! FUCK! Its gotten me to the point where I have to to take prozac… I ve lost those friends because I can’t trust them anymore and anxiety is fueld by this. Can anyone help me? I spend days and nights trying to find ways but the exiety keeps coming back, :( *sad face

  4. Ubuntufrog Says:

my advice for panic attacks or anxiety is to take a cold shower and stay in it for 10 or 15 minutes, it seems to distract a person from the attack or it corrects the brain chemistry, just gotta remember that anxiety can’t harm you its just inapproiate sensations and you gotta tell you self that the anxiety means nothing.

  5. JewsDestroyNations Says:

my suggestion would be to stop smoking weed. It can cause panic attacks and unwanted anxiety.

  6. new01 Says:

I used to smoke pot and no yours wasn’t laced, you just had a panic attack, it’s not uncommon and likely to happen again. I miss smoking but i can’t because it has gotten to the point to where im garunteed to have a panic attack even if i only smoke a small. Best advice though is quit ahead of time because anxiety does ware on you and pot can give you long term anxiety.

  7. new01 Says:

I know how you feel, im dealing with that at this very moment. The unwanted thoughts are the worst. I finally got to where i can deal with the depersonalization/derealization feelings. Lately though when i panic i get unwanted thoughts like im going to go crazy and because of “going crazy” place myself or others in harm. I really don’t want to take medicine though since i suffered an addiction to xanax and then when i got clean my panic was so much worse.

  8. angie4josh Says:

i have what they call anxiety
    what it realy is
    is my uncanny ability
to pick the flaws in humanity
    and reflect

  9. mattscanzano Says:

I would honestly have to say, I felt I was “completely” over my anxiety up until a few months ago. Now Im starting to lose it lol Everything just feels unrealistic, I feel as though I am really going crazy and I try everything to pull myself together. Lately even hearing some sounds from the TV and radio are giving me anxiety. :( Fucking despise it.

  10. kaylaw14 Says:

I’m 16 too … kay well yesterday I had an extreme panic attack for the first time after I smoked some weed. Im frightened it was laced with something cause I didnt know these people, but anyway – I reckon I went temporarily insane and felt like i was gonna die. Then I was frightened I was going crazy, then I felt like I was going to choke on my tongue, and die… I was up all night coughing and gagging and whatnot and now my heart is beating irregularily and I dont know what to do, its going so slowly..

  11. JewsDestroyNations Says:

Exercising really helps more than meds, but if you’re having a lot of panic attacks the first thing you want to do is stop them when meds. Then gradually exercise and come off the meds.

  12. Boojaffar Says:

ya i have the same problem and its not perilous at all 3/100 people get it and most of whom r teenagers, excersise cardio 20 min a day for 6 weeks should eliminate the problem, and if not, there is always medication u can take so dont worry

  13. beaver62897 Says:

Really, i do believe in acupressure but how do you clarify it scientifically?

  14. gomogo2000 Says:

    PT II
Serious nutirition and detoxing and avoiding all chemicals is the key to health, plus exercise and stress reduction.

  15. gomogo2000 Says:

Really, magnesium deficiency causes heart palpitations (plus a list of other symptoms in your body, including depression), so if you are experiencing palpitations your body is telling you that you need to take it. I am a nutritionist and I recommend a GOOD multi-vitamin/mineral, preferably whole food, to all patients. In America there is a epidemic of nutitional deficiency, hence an epidemic of illnesses of all kinds, physical and mental.

  16. reptile1000 Says:

so excersising works heaps? if i excersised loads every day how long do ya recon it would take to recover?

  17. murepoison Says:

oh god i thought i was the only teenager with these kind of problems.. i felt exactly like you did.. until i started exersizing…

  18. PalingLcw Says:

trust me breathing exercises will only increase your attacks try not to control your body just train your body to say “bring it on come on give it to me im pleased and you can’t mess with me” it works alot better you where born and you could breath so stop using breathing exercises !

  19. reptile1000 Says:

thanks for your help i havent been doing any drugs including the legal ones since i started to get it. i’ll start excersiseing and ill look for vitamine b6 and l tryptophan

  20. Spiritsearcher101 Says:

I can relate, I get the same thing. Try not to focus on the terrible things you are feeling during a panic attack, try to distract yourself. I know its hard to do.

  21. doutzen177 Says:

….I just hope that you all find something that will help u get through the though times, and that u will have a wonderful life:) I have been down the road, been on the incorrect track, and now I am on my way to a better life, I have a wonderful boyfriend, and I have started doing things that makes me pleased, such as art work. And I know, that even if things looks really dark, there is hope, just hang in there and keep praying, cause praying really helps. Take care you all… :)

  22. yessurmaster23 Says:

I cant for get to mention if you smoke cigarettes quit you’ll go through hell trying but thats only three 3 days of physical hell its only mental after that anyway quitting will make your body feel so much cooler keep out all caffeine because they make you nervous stay away from alcohol because it pushes out nutrients your body needs and your body cant rest excellent with alcohol in it replace alcohol with lemon balm, passion flower, catnip or sleepy time tea.

  24. yessurmaster23 Says:

Also vitamin B6 helps the L tryptophan work better also take an b complex 100 mg, vitamin c 1000mg daily and calcium 1000mg daily and magnesium 500mg a day question for the chelated kind.
