My first 3 or 4 panic attacks were all too intense. I reckon it was 7 years ago when i had my first one. i was 11 and i was sitting an exam and suddenly my ears became extremely sensitive. people were dropping pens, rulers pencils and every vibration seemed to pierce my ears, the very sight of a question on the paper made me need to scream, but I couldnt. I was trying to breathe quietly when i couldnt, and i was sweating on a whole new scale.

  8. MayhemPUA Says:

Wow. When I had my first panic attack. I too was VERY frightened of falling asleep (as it happened at night, and the whole situation made me VERY tired).

I really had my parents wake me up every 10 minutes just to make sure I was okay.

Fascinatingly, my first panic attack was the worse. It was the longest, most intense, and with the most sensations (as time went on, some of the sensations I had stopped).

ive heard that there are medicinal solutions to help cool yourself
im going to see my doctor next week.
i just wish i nipped it in the bud, ive been suffering from these for around 5 years now!

many thanks. looking forward to the next video.

I’ve had two or three panic attacks in my life. I am also a Libra and I don’t even believe in the Horoscope. It is so incredible how you talk very similar to me; I’m referring to your speech pattern. It is so terrible how you always have that feeling that you will experience another attack and it is very unsettling. Im still in the process of coping with all my emotional troubles.

Ive had this for nearly 10 years. There are times when it is better, and there are times when it is worse. I have gone from completely agorophobic to no problems at all. Dont start avoiding things. Face them. I hope you get/got help.

  14. KyleWRoss Says:

I’m 23 years ancient come june. I’ve had this since I was 14. The more you learn about it, the better it gets. It’s a scary thing. But there is hope. Even I seem to have no hope at times but keep your mind POSITIVE. That’s very helpful. Keep your chin up.
