I struggled a bit at the begining of the video to grasp just where you were coming from. On replaying the video a second time I started to get an understanding and was able to start really describing the feelings as you were outlining then.
I believe the process could really be of help in developing some control over anxiety and panic related conditions

my anxiety hits me when i try sleep at night
always trying to scare myself always thinking of fearful stuff
then i get into anxiety attacks this has been going on for yearss for mee! i can hardly sleep at nights really tired in college but this does help even tho am not that smart i understood the video cause of what ive been feeling for years. am soo glad this video came to help thank you lots

to be honest i did feel an instant change.. instead of taht uncomfterbull feeling in the center of my chest i have a peacfull. (normal) feeling.. taht i rarly feel anymore.. i was quick to judge but.. this may work.. the right test comes tomarrow when im at work. my anxiety is always at its worce wile im at work.. and the physical pressure i feel is always on a level taht i can hardly bare ( i never have panic or anxiety attacks because i have grate will power.) but the pressure is insain. thanks

to be honest. i dont have attacks just symptoms… so lest this is gonna cure that and how i teffects my whole body i may not end watching it.. im desperate.. but in doupt… ithese symptoms are insain and getting worse. any further advice would be grate ( i will take no drugs)

You should first practice regularly at home without distractions. Once you become very familiar with the technique, implementing it in public with eyes open will be much simpler.

the video says to be comfortably seated….what if you are in a place where you cant sit at the moment (walmart/store at a mall) ? Can u just do this standing with eyes closed? even though i’ll look looney lol …..for me it mainly happens now in large places like walmart and malls and have been avoiding them for a month now

this video has saved my life!!!! i have had anxiety for over 4 years and tried everythin from pills to counceling and this has worked more than anythin i felt the change about 5 mins after i watched this vid. thank you so much also i thought of my anxiety as a soda rushing through my chest, then i read punkrocker comment. it was excellent to know other people had the sensations i had

I noticed an imeadeate effect after watchin this video once but give it even more than 3 or 4 days and it will work even better.I believe in this method!

about half a year ago I started having anxiety I always reckon im sick or dying even though i know im not i still have them. Its so hard to stop thinking about it once you start having an attack
