    IF this is your real profile, I want to thankyou so much for making the Panic Attacks Workbook…..I am about to read part three….but i have really been getting out a few days prior to receving your book….. I had alot of anxiety about leaving the house but about 5 minuet on the road my anxiety pretty much vanished.
    I have not been in my local grocery store in nearly a full year,,
