Unfortunately mine don’t stem from depression, but from Heart Palpitations. And it is scary! I had one last night, so I’ve been doing LOTs of reading up on it and came across this vid
And have found some really excellent info elsewhere as well!

Fantastic video hun! I am so glad that you wanted to do a guest vlog with us. I dont have panic attacks but a friend of mine does. I never knew laughter would help but I will tell her about that and if she has one with me I will try it.

Fantastic video!
I’ve been having panic attacks for a long time now and usually they’re at night. They’ll keep me up all night long which pretty much sucks, but there’s really nothing I can do to stop them. Going outside doesn’t help.
Lol it’s gotten to the point where I just have to tell myself that they’re not going to hurt me and sleep them off.

Fantastic video! I don’t suffer from anxiety, but i know lots of people who do, so it’s fantastic to know things I can tell them to do if they start having a panic attack. Thanks!
