Sometimes the panic attacks can come back for no apparant reason just keep doing things that have hleped you .before it maybe just a temporary setback. Hope they go away soon .
I know exactly what you mean about the panic attacks coming out of the blue. I don’t get full blown panic attacks, but I get surges of panic in my stomach and a lot of dizziness. I always reckon I’m going to fall over and be taken away in an ambulance. Sometimes after weeks of mild anxiety it just comes out of nowhere. But don’t worry, the longer it happens, the better we can learn how to cope with it. hope you feel better
aww. everyday is a new day. life is unpredictable. i dont really get panic attacks but i do get depression and its up and down. and as for my social anxiety when its getting better one small person could make me feel nervous and it would come back again. Your not alone
Its excellent your feeling relief from the panic attacks. I know what you mean when you said I hope its not just a fake feeling. But these feelings are a lot more rational than the anxiety filled thoughts. The unfairness of recurring anxiety i can relate to as well.
