@mightybfool That to me sounds like a phobia. You need to expose yourself to the vomit until your brain realizes that it wont hurt you! But yes, you may experience panic and anxiety. Oh and the dread of vomit is called? Emetophobia! I hope this helps you. You can google ways to overcome Emetophobia, it might help ya! :)

I reckon I have a panic disorder but im not sure…………. but most of it has to do with vomit…….i don’t have full panic attacks until some one really vomits or starts choking……..
But some one spitting gum directly in the trash makes my heart skip a few beats burping makes me quiver and makes my heart skip a beat then beat quick and so do hiccups and sometimes sneezing ……i? often have dreams a bout people vomiting in the dreams im frightened but not as I am in real life………

Is an rage attack similar to a panic attack? I always feel like my attacks are down to frustration rather than dread. I’ve never hit or lashed out at anyone but instead if someone is criticizing me I feel useless and I start to internalize the criticism? and my thoughts just keep getting worse until I have a full blown rage/panic attack. I feel like I have no control or can’t do anything right. Can anyone tell me if this sounds more like panic or just rage at myself?

Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness? is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who reckon there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very amusing in parts. All in all, a excellent read and highly recommended.
