Overall thіѕ іѕ јυѕt a general update аbουt mу struggles wіth anxiety, depression, panic attacks аnd agoraphobia. Wе аll hаνе ουr struggles thаt wе deal wіth οn a day tο day basis, аnd I аm always ѕο comforted іn knowing thаt God іѕ completely Sovereign аnd Hіѕ wіll wіll bе done. Tο God alone bе аll thе glory.

I am trying to get in to be seen for depression, anxiety, panic attacks, so I guess mental health? But I also need to get my blood pressure checked up on since I have high blood pressure as well.

I felt kinda weird when I was talking to the camera, and really close to the end of this video someone honked their horn and I thought they were honking at me, lol! I’m glad that you’re able to go for walks again now.

awesome Jordan.
I take my dog on walks around the neighborhood sometimes. 
I finally can again–my pulse is controlled more. 
I film my walks with him, like twice. The neighbors stare. I reckon if I filmed myself talking to the camera they’d reckon I was weird. (not that I reckon you’re weird, I just noticed and chuckled). The differences between OH and CA, maybe? I dunno how far I walk though. :p

ive had a panic attack this morning because of cyberbullying
but wouldnt weed help for it? 1 joint every now and then
is it sinful, cause i know a christian guy who smokes weed and said its from god , he uses it for religious purposes.
when i smoke, i go ride with my bike and visit nice places and kinda meditate

Fantastic you got to go out, i wish it was that green here, loll. I remember when I started going back out too, it was a disaster, but, i came out of it okay. I’m over my anxiety, and OCD, Thank God right? I know for me, God was all I had when I’d get panic attacks.

I subscribed to you new channel and I reckon you added me as a friend the other day. Anxiety is tough man, it’s one of the toughest things if not the toughest thing I’ve dealt with in my life. The Lord is excellent though and He takes care of His children! Can’t wait to see your new vids! I got a Nelson KJV Reference Bible, pretty plain and simple, it was like $18 I believe, fantastic deal!

i have horrible social anxiety. i dont even like being at family Christmas parties. i get nervous when im alone in a room with my mom lol
glad youre doing ok though and went out
