Supermarkets really are the Mecca of Panic Attacks. Why is that? Everywhere is crowded with lots and lots of choices to be made. But I’ve abandoned more full carts upon seeing that grand daddy of a line, and have high-tailed it out of there with eyebrow-raising speed on more occasions than I care to admit, and absolutely laughed out loud at this. I only learned the basics about panic attacks in my college Introduction to Psychology and Abnormal Psychology classes. Your video summed up what I learned pretty well. I was wondering, do panic attacks always come from some sort of traumatic event? Thanks in advance.
